Benjardi Mantele, representatives from QC-based car dealers and QC department heads as they made a pledge of commitment supporting efforts to further improve the city’s crime resolution and efficiency rate during a press conference organized by the city’s public affairs and information services office and the office of city administrator Victor Endriga (4th from left) at the QC Hall Bulwagan.
