A DECLARATION BY THE S4S

In evaluating the impact of a strategic situation which a failed leadership has imposed on our society today, it is imperative for all to recognize that the single most significant and destructive event now confronting our nation is the presently on-going global financial collapse, the escalation and imminence of world conflict, the unabated rise hunger and diseases, and this administration’s glaring inability to effect an appropriate response.

In a series of leadership changes, all of questionable competence and legitimacy, the last twenty five year period has brought nothing but a dramatic deterioration of living conditions, proliferation of political dynasties, and increasing levels of chaos and anarchy unprecedented in our nation’s history.

Yet as those who claim to be leaders of the Filipino people continue to use and abuse the Constitution for their own personal benefit, in complete and total disregard for the general welfare, in conspiracy with certain institutions and in the private and public sectors, a condition of mass deception prevails.

Consider the following:
In a gross violation of our Constitution, which mandates that COMELEC , and only COMELEC, should administer and conduct Philippine elections, the 2010 National Elections were administered by a foreign corporation as this was clearly proven in subsequent hearings conducted by Congress.

If it is now a foregone conclusion that Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo cheated in the 2004 and 2007 elections, is it not safe to conclude that , having complete control of COMELEC and Smartmatic, that she and her cabal would cheat in the 2010 elections, being the most important , since the new “president-elect” “installed” by her, will keep her from being jailed?

And if our conclusions are true, should not the legitimacy of the present administration be questioned? What crimes have been committed against the Filipino People in this regard?

Furthermore, if such a “deal” were concluded, would it not be of common interest to both parties and their accessories that a new Constitution be established to render all previous violations as moot and academic?

Are these not the reasons why the Supreme Court, despite GMA’s unconstitutional “midnight appointees” have been left untouched?; that her principal ally, former chief justice Davide, was to head the “Truth Commission.” ; that her very first resolution filed as congresswoman was for Charter Change?; and, that Pres. Aquino’s feeble reply to it was to say that it was not his administration’s priority?
And lastly, have our so called “elected leaders” prostituted themselves to foreign intervention by submitting to their preferences, accepting their publicly given congratulatory actions , prior to canvassing and subsequent proclamation by Congress?

These actions betray the workings of sinister minds, taking full advantage of a desperate and confused population, to tighten the noose of fascism and establish themselves as de-facto dictators—“elections” not withstanding—it is through this continued usurpation that intellectually incompetent and morally decadent leaders , acting as surrogates of evil, are able to effect economic and genocidal programs on our people.

If we are to save the nation, from the on-rushing onslaught of War, Famine and Disease, we have to unite in rejecting everything which seeks to destroy our efforts to preserve the dignity of human life.

We call on all Filipino Patriots, of all regions, of all ideologies, of all political parties, of all sectors of society, to act in accordance with Man’s true nature, created in God’s image, with inherent powers of cognition, and capacity to promote the common good, to vigorously cause the elimination of political and economic policies which violate our inalienable and sovereign rights.

We challenge the Filipino Youth, to participate and demand from your elders the opportunity to realize your dreams of a society based on Truth, Justice , Peace and Development.

Mabuhay ang Pilipino.
Mabuhay ang Bansang Pilipinas.

A Deeper Conception of Credit

Many people have expressed confusion over LaRouche's concept of a Creditary System, as developed by Alexander Hamilton and inherent in the US Constitution (although largely ignored today), as opposed to the Monetary System of the British model. Asked about this during his address to the nation of September 30, Lyn gave this brief, impassioned description of the deeper meaning of the Creditary System. I encourage you to consider it carefully, as the world financial system is evaporating before our eyes.
Mike Billington

- A Deeper Conception of Credit -
Lyndon LaRouche: Well, credit, you know, is a funny thing. Because, when you're talking about credit, you're not talking about peanuts. You're talking about an investment by more than one generation. All of the great projects which we need now, as in the past too, are projects which require multigenerational investment. They require the incurrence of debt, a debt which spans generations. And one of the great things that we have to master in this respect, is what is the nature of human beings, or what should be the recognized nature of human beings and their adopted purpose in living?

Now, we think, well, we die, and that's it. That's the popular view. There're some mystical views, which really shouldn't be popular, because they don't make any sense. But what is the thing that can be done which bridges from one life, through death, to another life? What is that connection?

So mankind, after all, is not simply another animal, which dies in its time as every animal does. Mankind is something different. Mankind has something that no animal has: the power of creativity, the power of introducing a higher state of organization by the human will, and no species on this planet otherwise, has ever been able to do that. Therefore, we do not simply die! Though that often happens to us, that people go on, from one life to another life following, and they don't see much of a connection between the two.

The point is to have a purpose in life which transcends death. And this is only possible through the creative powers of mind of the human individual. And therefore, this leads to what? It leads to something that no animal knows: credit. Credit! Because the things we invest in are the things we create, things which transcend the death of people, of individuals, the investment of a life in a transition to a new life which is a continuation of the old, even though the persons who were succeeding one another have died.

So therefore, the idea of credit is not a physical or financial conception. The idea of credit, first of all, is human. And no species known to us, other than human beings, knows what credit is! It doesn't exist for anything except for human beings, to our knowledge.

Therefore, we design a monetary system, or a financial system, based on a system of credit, which means the development of one individual, who transmits something which is of use to a second generation. And this is not a process of continuation; it's a process of development. And the unit of development is what we should call "credit."

Now, this was something that has been understood for a long time by some people. But this system, this concept of credit, is unique as a worked-out system, to the United States. The Massachusetts Bay Colony, for example, was a system of credit. The system authored in the founding of our Constitution was a system of credit. And the system of credit is not a monetary system; it's not a cash collection! The system of credit is the transition, and the continuation, of the activity of a life, through the transmission of a continuation of an effort, an intended effort, to a second life, and a life beyond that!

Credit is history: Credit is human history.

And what we're going to require now, in order to get out of this mess, which has been created for us in the United States and other places, we're going to have to cancel this idea of money the way it's conceived now. It's conceived as animals, who eat, or whatever they do, and then die. But human activity, a human economic system, is not animals dying! A human credit system is the advancement of mankind, the powers of mankind, the accomplishments of mankind, from generation to generation. And the connection among the living, and the living that follow them, and the living that follow them, is credit. That's the true meaning of credit: that we pledge something to the future. We praise and protect something which was given to us, from the past, for the future.

And the idea of an economic system, a true economic system, a physical economic system is that: the system of credit. But the content of credit is not cash, the content is not money, the content is not notes and bills of exchange. The content is human creativity, from generation to generation.

People die, but humanity must never die. And once we have that concept, we've got it right. LaRouchePac Website

Global Banking System Blows Apart in Hobbesian Warfare

[PDF version of this article]
Oct. 8—In his July 25, 2007 webcast, Lyndon LaRouche declared that the global financial system had died, and could not be revived. We were all headed for Hell, LaRouche warned, unless the world rejected the Brutish Empire and its monetary system, and implemented an American-style credit system. The financial oligarchy will try to salvage its system, he warned, but the effort will fail.
Now, four years later, after trillions of dollars (and euros) of bailouts, and endless lies about recovery, the bankers and government ministers are back in their emergency meetings, rumors are flying, and panic is in the air.

They should have listened to LaRouche.

Meltdown
One consequence of the failure to heed LaRouche's warning can be seen in the dramatic erosion of the share prices of the big global banks (Figure 1). Of the 31 major banks we examined, eight have seen their share prices fall 90% or more, since LaRouche's July 2007 webcast. That group includes the Royal Bank of Scotland, RBS, (-96%) which, before the crisis, was the largest bank in the world by assets; its British peer Lloyds Banking (-95%); Citigroup (-94%); the ancient and powerful Banca Monte dei Pascha di Siena (-90%); and others. Fully half of that group—AIB (-99.8%), RBS, Commerzbank (-94%), and the National Bank of Greece (-94%)—are members of the Inter-Alpha Group, and four more Inter-Alpha banks—Banco Espirito Santos (-86%), Société Générale (-84%), ING (-82%), and KBC (-80%)—registered declines in the 80th percentile. The remaining three Inter-Alpha banks—Intesa Sanpaolo (-74%), Nordea (-48%), and Banco Santander (-37%)—also made the list, as did two former Inter-Alpha banks, Erste (-63%) and BBVA (-61%).

The U.S.-domiciled banks fared a bit better than their European counterparts. Citigroup led the plunge, followed by Bank of America (-86%), Morgan Stanley (-78%), Goldman Sachs (-52%), JPMorgan Chase (-28%), and Wells Fargo (-23%).

Nearly all, if not all, of the banks on the list have received substantial financial support and regulatory protection from their respective governments, and from the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve. The Fed, we should add, provided billions of dollars to European-based banks, in addition to what it gave to U.S.-based institutions.

It was all money down the rathole, as should be blindingly obvious. A number of these banks are now owned by their governments, and the rest are effectively wards of the state. Whatever profits were made have long disappeared, leaving the national governments with the corpses, and the losses.

Without Glass-Steagall

While the big banks were going broke, they were also getting bigger. The U.S. banking system is now dominated by four giant banks, which control roughly half of the bank assets in the country Table 1. The two biggest, Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase, each have over $2 trillion in assets, with Citigroup not far behind. All together, the top four have $7.7 trillion in assets.

Compare that to the situation at the end of 1999, the year Glass-Steagall was repealed. The top four banks in 1999 had $2.0 trillion in combined assets, and that was already a dangerous concentration.

The table of the top 25 U.S. banking companies is a testament to the criminal stupidity of repealing Glass-Steagall. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and MetLife—two investment banks and an insurance company—are now in the top ten, thanks to the Fed's decision to let them become banks. At the time, it was stated explicitly that the move would not only allow these new "banks" to qualify for additional bailout facilities, but would also let them tap their customers' deposits to fund their speculation—precisely the activity Glass-Steagall outlawed.
Table 1 also shows the extent to which foreign banks have entered the U.S. market. HSBC North America is the U.S. arm of HSBC, née Hongkong and Shanghai Bank, the world's leading dope bank. Taunus, which contains the remnants of Bankers Trust, is owned by Deutsche Bank. TD Bank is the U.S. arm of Canada's Toronto-Dominion Bank, while RBC USA belongs to the Royal Bank of Canada. Citizens Financial is owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland.

As these banks become bigger and more global in scope, they have less and less allegiance to their nations of origin, and more and more allegiance to the global monetary system run by the British Empire. To view them as American banks, or French banks, or German banks, is to miss the point. They are imperial banks, creatures of the empire, imperial parasites infesting the nations in which they operate. And they are sucking us dry.

Hyperinflation

The leading edge of hyperinflation in the world today is in the derivatives markets. It was the seizure of the derivatives markets in 2007 that LaRouche recognized as a sign the game was over. The so-called subprime crisis, as we have repeatedly indicated, was actually a derivatives crisis. LaRouche called for the derivatives market to be shut down as a matter of national security. Since doing so would effectively shut down their predatory financial system, the bankers declined. Instead, beginning in December of 2007, and escalating in September 2008, they chose the bailout, and more derivatives.

As of June 30, 2007, the quarter before LaRouche's webcast, the top ten U.S. derivatives banks held a total of $159 trillion in derivatives, against $7.9 trillion in assets Table 2. As of the end of the second quarter of this year, four years later, the top ten banks held $330 trillion in derivatives, against $10.8 trillion in assets. That is, the notional value of derivatives had more than doubled, while the assets rose by 36%. All told, U.S. bank companies now hold some $333 trillion in derivatives. Ten years ago, it was $43 trillion.

The 2011 list also shows the effects of the repeal of Glass-Steagall, with Morgan Stanley ($56 trillion) and Goldman Sachs ($53 trillion) on the list, and the derivatives of Merrill Lynch adding to the total of its parent, Bank of America.

The obvious point is that the U.S. banking system is far more of a casino than it was when Glass-Steagall was repealed in 1999, and more of a casino than when LaRouche declared the system dead in 2007. Instead of swallowing their losses and putting the imperial monetary system through bankruptcy proceedings, the bankers and their captive governments played "double or nothing." They lost. We all lost.

The Feckless Fed

As a result of the bailout, the Federal Reserve turned itself into the world's largest and most bankrupt hedge fund Table 3. Between LaRouche's 2007 webcast and last week, the Fed became a dumping ground for worthless assets, taking in all sorts of toxic paper in exchange for loans. According to the Fed's own statistics, the central bank increased its holdings of securities by a whopping $2.7 trillion, including adding $881 billion in Treasury securities and $871 billion in mortgage-backed securities. Total assets rose over $2 trillion dollars, a 222% increase, while total capital rose just $19 billion (57%). The Fed increased its leverage from 26 to 55 over that period.

These are the official numbers, and given the level of lying by the Fed, there is no reason to believe them. But even if they are accurate, there are questions to be answered. We know the Fed has given billions of dollars of aid to foreign banks, and we know the Fed has provided billions of dollars to the European Central Bank and others to pass out as loans. The actions of the Fed strongly suggest that the Fed has taken upon itself the role of lender of last resort for the entire global financial system. That is, the Fed has illegally committed the United States, and its taxpayers, to cover the speculative gambling debts of banks and investors all over the world.

The actions of Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner in September in Europe, where he advocated a "Euro TARP" bailout program based on the "TALF" (Term Asset-Backed Securities Lending Facility), show the mindset. The TALF used $20 billion from Treasury to back up to $200 billion in loans from the Fed, to fund purchases of commercial mortgage-backed securities, and securities backed by credit cards, student loans, and the like. The TALF loans were structured in such a way that if the buyers did not make a profit on their securities, they could give them to the Fed, in lieu of repaying the loan. It was, in effect, free money, and even the wives of Wall Street executives got in on the act.

The Fed has provided free money to the banks in other ways, such as making loans for them to buy Treasuries at near-zero interest rates. The move helps keep the Treasury market liquid, and lets the banks pocket the difference between what they pay for the loans and the interest the government pays them on the Treasuries. It's a sweet deal for the banks, and another rip-off of the taxpayers.

Bailing Out Derivatives

The TALF swindle is typical of the derivatives-like structures used to fund the bailouts in the U.S. and Europe. The bailouts are, in effect, derivatives, and are worth no more than the derivatives deals they are trying to save.

The nature of the system would be almost comical, were it not so deadly. The banks engage in such obscene speculation that they blow up the world, and then they demand that the governments bail them out. It's a circular system, in which the governments borrow money from the markets, and use that money to bail out the markets, giving the markets the money to make additional loans to the governments. With each round, the total debt increases, making the situation even worse.

The bailout is a scam, using the techniques of the derivatives market to roll over unpayable debt, keeping up the appearance of life in the dead system, while the British Empire sets up the system's replacement: a genocidal global dictatorship. Since they plan to kill us anyway, they might as well steal us blind in the meantime.

While the bankers play Satan with humanity, the effects on the population are horrendous. The gut-wrenching austerity being imposed upon Greece is but the leading edge of what is planned for all of mankind. Take a look at some of the physical indicators in the U.S.:

• Food Aid: At the time of LaRouche's July 2007 webcast, over 26 million Americans were receiving food aid under the Federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). By July 2011, that number had soared 70%, to 45 million.
• Poverty: In 2007, some 37 million Americans were living below the official poverty level. By 2010, that number had increased 24% to 46 million, meaning that another 9 million people had fallen into poverty.
• Health Insurance: In 2007, 44 million Americans were without health insurance. By 2010, another 6 million had lost coverage, bringing the total to 50 million.

We are being slowly killed by the British Empire and its financiers, and the rate of death is accelerating. How many people have to die before we wake up and put a stop to this monstrosity?

Give Humanity Credit

The only alternative to this deliberate genocide is to use the power of sovereign nation-states to break the power of the British Empire. The way to do this has been made clear by LaRouche. Dump Obama. Reinstate Glass-Steagall. Form an alliance with Russia and China to put the imperial monetary system through bankruptcy, return to the American-style credit system, and begin rebuilding physical productivity through Great Projects like NAWAPA. Cure the disease, then rehabilitate the patient.

Forget any idea that the current financial system can be saved, and don't be trapped into holding on to it to save your own money. Not only are your investments gone, but so are your pensions. The bankers have already stolen the money, and are using the illusion that it still exists to keep you in their trap.

The only way out of this mess is to rid the planet of oligarchism, and build a real economy based upon human progress and creativity. Put the 'garchs in a zoo where they belong, and let's show the galaxy what humanity can do! John Hoefle

Amidst a State of Confusion

In evaluating the impact of the strategic situation which a failed leadership has imposed on our society today, it is imperative for all to recognize that the single most significant and destructive event now confronting our nation, is the presently on-going global financial collapse and the administration’s glaring inability to effect an appropriate response.

Lest our organization and like-minded Filipinos be drawn into debates on political preferences, on anticipated and periodic elections, despite the insidious or expressed manifestations of opportunists among the opposing proponents and among the desperate incumbents, we must continuously and vigorously stress that the fundamental reason for the failure of our leaders to govern and promote our people’s welfare, is their negligence, and cowardice to confront the evil which has imposed its greed on Philippine society, and the rest of humanity.
At present, as Lyndon LaRouche has accurately forecast and repeatedly warned the U.S. leadership and the rest of the world, the financial system of floating exchange rates implemented in 1971-72 by the IMF led financial oligarchy, through the so-called independent central banking system, is in an irreversible mode of disintegration, precipitating a massive international banking crisis of historical proportions.

As evidenced by bubble blow-ups of highly leveraged derivatives investments, monumental hedge funds losses, and real estate mortgage bond collapses in continental Europe and the U.S., in which most if not all governments, including our own, are speculative investors, present civilization is now confronted with the distinct possibility of a new dark age—the gravity of which shall be unprecedented in human history.

In a futile effort to camouflage hundred trillions of losses, US Federal Reserve, Central Bank of Europe and that of Japan, have embarked in a hyper-inflationary activity, printing monetary aggregates, as stimulus packages, giving the false impression of activity and life in the world’s speculative markets. The rest of the world’s governments will immediately follow suit in their desperate attempt to buy time. Expect prices of all commodities , basic or otherwise, especially oil and oil based products, to very rapidly increase, and a subsequent dramatic deterioration of government’s capability to defend the population from disease and starvation.

Our collective leadership, in government, business and the academe, can no longer ignore the magnitude of the economic and financial crisis which demands immediate attention requiring the highest moral and intellectual competence. Despite the political manipulations and complexities created by the politicians, and the likes of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Fidel Ramos, resigned or unresigned Cabinet members, and a slew of greedy opportunists, we must understand and acknowledge the grave errors of policy; muster the courage to cause a fundamental shift; and implement all required defensive and strategic measures to counter the imminent destruction of our society.

It is time to assert our nation’s economic sovereignty, not just on moral grounds, but as a scientific justification, that for an economy to survive and prosper, the people must have priority. It is this appreciation of the principle of general welfare, as exemplified by Argentina’s Nestor Kirschner, and Malaysia’s Mahatir, which has shown to the world that indeed, there is life after the IMF.

In order to accomplish this state of readiness, we must take determined steps to strengthen the institutions which comprise the three main branches of government. This democratic system is what has been proven to be most responsive to direct intervention by the citizenry. Admittedly, these have failed our people in many and various issues. But the principle of checks and balance, whatever the political pressure exerted or incentives offered, still continues to function. Those officials who abuse the implicit trust granted to them by the people to occupy these institutions, are eventually removed, while certain immoral and onerous legislative proposals like the EVAT or the EPIRA, and CHA-CHA, are subjected to contentious debates, the implementation of which can still be postponed, denied, or repealed.

Some Filipinos who sponsor the recent proposals of constitutional changes (CHACHA), specifically aimed at replacing our form of government from the American inspired presidential system to that of the European parliamentary system, ought to be made aware, that dubious interests who advocate the same changes, betray the workings of sinister minds, taking full advantage of a desperate and confused population, to tie the noose of fascism, which permanently establishes themselves and their kind, as de facto dictators. It’s a system more easily manipulated, devoid of built-in controls, which gave rise to Adolf Hitler, and other current fascist leaders working to institutionalize a one world government. They who propose this “system change,” whose motive is to subvert the people’s will, and deliver our country in to the hands of globalists, should be exposed for what they truly are; neo-fascists, and surrogates of evil. To appease their gods, we are offered as human sacrifices.

Unless the Katipunan ng Demokratikong Pilipino (League of Filipino Democrats), in fulfilling our mission, together with like-minded Filipino patriots, remain vigilant and committed to carve out a future for our youth; provide not just the continuance, but the basis for the improvement of quality of life of future generations; act in solidarity with all other worldwide historical individuals to save humankind from self-destruction, this present civilization as we know it to be, shall not survive the coming onslaught.

We call on all Filipinos, to act in accordance with man’s true nature, created in the Image and Likeness of God, with inherent powers of cognition, and capacity to promote the common good, to actively participate in this process of securing the future of our country. We enjoin all patriots to vigorously cause the elimination of all political and economic policies which violate the inalienable rights of man. We challenge the Filipino youth, to demand from your elders, the opportunity to realize your dreams of a society based on Truth, Justice and Peace.

DECLARATION: THREE URGENT STEPS FOR THE SURVIVAL OF OUR NATION

As the whole world experiences the on-going and rapid disintegration of the global  economic and financial system, and  despite ample warnings by the LaRouche Movement....a negligent government, incompetent economic managers, and a confused population,  helplessly look on as prices of all commodities begin to spiral;
As economic policies of import-liberalization, privatization and deregulation ... as well as our  transformation  to  a “service economy” relying heavily on exporting domestic helpers, rather than developing agro- industries which generate employment..... have proven to be the means to destroy our society’s ability to survive as a nation;
As the system of “floating-exchange” rates , implemented in 1971-72, provided the mechanism for the world’s rapacious creditors,  the Inter-Alpha group or financial institutions, represented by the IMF, to impose periodic and continuous devaluation of our currency, thereby automatically and onerously increasing our foreign-debt stock and immoral payments thereof;
As our country is plunged into almost total dependence on imported oil,  by mothballing what might have been a principal,  most cost-efficient, reliable and indigenous source of power—the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant;
As the prevailing conditions of life are rapidly deteriorating into historically unprecedented and intolerable levels, where desperation and hopelessness are shockingly manifested daily among the forgotten Filipinos;
As the present government repeatedly proves itself to be grossly incompetent, extremely corrupt and callously insensitive to the increasingly severe conditions our people are subjected to;
As powerful politicians, influential businessmen, and “econoquacks”  in the academe, conspire to maliciously mislead the general public thru manipulated surveys, manufactured statistics, false propaganda and miseducation;
As our people are treated to “political entertainment,” not much different from the daily tele-novelas,  by politicians who present themselves as alternative leaders, full of rhetoric, yet empty and devoid of sublime ideas... betraying a lack of wisdom  and understanding of problems....and the absence of necessary courage to do what is right by confronting the real issues to  save the lives of starving Filipinos;
As we further deteriorate into chaos and anarchy... experience government’s inability to provide basic services, in  health-care and peace and order....compounded by the  proliferation of criminal-political warlords involved in jueteng, drugs and who arrogantly roam with  impunity;
It is time to invoke our right, and perform our duty, as citizens and patriots of the Republic of the Philippines... to demand of this current leadership, that emergency measures be undertaken for the survival of our nation...to immediately avert further loss of Filipino lives due to hunger and disease... and to give assurance that the succeeding generations will prosper;
To these ends, we strongly propose the following urgent and necessary steps to be implemented immediately:
    1) To immediately implement a SCIENCE-DRIVEN, INFRASTRUCTURE-BASED MASSIVE NATIONAL FOOD-PRODUCTION PROGRAM, to double, triple or even quadruple food supply, led by government and all its agencies, private sector and civic organizations..... This should take precedence over all other government projects as its primary defense against hyperinflation.
    2) To START THE OPERATION OF THE BATAAN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT as part of an energy development plan consisting of all alternative sources of energy.... and  immediately establish a Nuclear Energy Program...  not merely to provide the cleanest, cost-efficient, reliable source of power for agro-industrial development, irrigation and water management systems, mass-transit systems,... , but also to explore its other beneficial uses...more specifically... the production of potable water from nuclear-powered desalination plants... the production of isotopes used in modern medical facilities, and the production of hydrogen as an alternative source of fuel.
     3) To DECLARE A MORATORIUM ON FOREIGN-DEBT PAYMENTS, now beyond US$10 billion per year... payment of onerous debts, booked and incurred by devaluing our Peso, and collected thru an efficient implementation of the Value Added Tax, or consumption tax... increasing electricity and water  rates; highway toll-fees; and prices of all other public utilities and commodities severely affecting the lives of the citizenry.
These are not the only solutions to our country’s most serious problems. But if we are to function as a nation, confronting the devastating impact of a global economic crisis, immediate action along these lines is imperative...The alternative is a level of starvation and death never before experienced in our history as a people.
True LEADERSHIP  is expected to serve ONLY THE INTEREST OF ITS CITIZENS, and no one else’s.... It is expected to convey ONLY THE TRUTH, and not propagate lies...  It is expected to SAVE LIVES, and not to destroy them... If this government continues to renege on its sworn responsibility, causing much suffering and pain... reaching the limits of patience and tolerance of the Filipino, then it risks being changed by the SOVEREIGN WILL OF THE PEOPLE,... even if it meant the sacrifice of their own lives.

We call on all patriots, to join us in fighting the evil which has caused this present malaise. Join us in carving out a future for our youth. Let us act in solidarity with those who uplift the dignity of human beings, as unique creatures... created in God’s image... endowed with inalienable rights to LIFE , LIBERTY and the  PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
Together with true patriots of all sovereign nations, let us defeat the forces intent on destroying the human spirit to discover Truth....for without it, there can be no Justice.... no Peace.... and  no Development.... These are the principles that should form the basis of a new global renaissance, a new just economic world order... a world of peace, and prosperity for all.....
 Long Live the Republic of the Philippines.

DEKLARASYON: TATLONG AGARANG HAKBANGIN PARA SA KALIGTASAN NG ATING BANSA

Habang ang buong mundo ay dumaranas nang malawakang pagguho ng pandaigdigang ekonomiya at sistemang pananalapi, sa kabila ng marami at paulit-ulit na mga babala ng LaRouche Movement;  ang isang pabayang pamahalaan, mga walang kakayanang mga tagapamahalang ekonomista, at mga litong mamamayan ay walang magawa’t nakatunganga na lamang sa walang humpay na pagtaas sa presyo ng mga bilihin;

Habang ang mga patakarang pang-ekonomiya gaya ng malayang pag-aangkat (import liberalization), pagsasapribado at deregulasyon, maging ang ating pag-angkop bilang isang “ekonomiyang naninilbihan” na lubhang nakasandal lamang sa pangingibambansa ng mga Pilipino bilang mga alila, sa halip na paunlarin ang ating pansakahang industriyal na naglilikha ng tunay na trabaho, ay napatunayang naging daan upang sirain ang kakayanan ng ating lipunan na manatili bilang isang bansa;

Habang ang sistemang “floating-exchange rates,” na ipinatupad noong 1971-1972, ang nagsilbing paraan upang ang mga sakim at ganid na nagpapautang sa buong mundo, ang Inter-Alpha Group o mga institusyong pinansyal, na kinakatawan ng IMF, na magpataw ng paulit-ulit at walang humpay na pagpapaliit ng halaga (devaluation) sa ating pananalapi, nang sa gayon ay kusa at malupit na nadaragdagan ang ating nakaimbak na utang panlabas, at imoral na pagbabayad nito;

Habang ang kasalukuyang umiiral na kalagayan ng buhay ay malubhang lumalala sa antas na hindi pa nararanasan sa kasaysayan at sa hindi matiis na kalagayan, kung saan ang kawalang pag-asa at pagsuko na lamang ang nakayayanig na katotohanang hinaharap ng mga Kinalimutang mga Pilipino;

Habang ang kasalukuyang gobyerno ay paulit-ulit na napatunayan ang kanyang malalang kawalang kakayanan, sagad sa kurapsyon at walang-awa at damdamin sa tumitinding kalagayan ng kahirapan na dinaranas ng taumbayan;

Habang ang makapangyarihang mga pulitiko, maimpluwensyang negosyante, at mga “econoquacks” sa edukasyon, ay nagkaisa na iligaw ang mamamayan sa paraan ng mga dinoktor na survey, gawa-gawang statistika, mapanlinlang na propaganda at maling edukasyon;

Habang ang ating mga kababayan ay hinahandugan ng mga “libangan pampulitika,” na halos hindi naiiba sa mga pang araw-araw na telenobela, ng mga pulitiko na inaalok ang kanilang mga sarili bilang panghaliling mga pinuno, siksik sa mabubulaklak na pananalita ngunit salat at hubad sa mga dakilang kaisipan, ay patunay lamang ng kanilang kakulangang karunungan at pag-uunawa sa mga suliranin. At ang kakapusan ng hinihiling na kagitingan upang gawin ang tama at harapin ang tunay na suliranin upang mailigtas ang mga buhay ng mga nagugutom na Pilipino;

Habang tayo’y patuloy sa paglala patungo sa kaguluhan at anarkiya, dumaranas ng pagkawalang kakayanan ng pamahalaan upang ipagkaloob ang mga pangunahing paglilingkod, sa pangangalagang pangkalusugan at pangkapayapaan at pangkaayusan, na dinagdagan pa ng paglaganap ng mga kriminal-pulitiko na “warlords” na sangkot sa jueteng, droga at buong pagmamataas na namamayagpag ng walang pakundangan;

Panahon na upang isakatuparan ang ating karapatan, at tuparin ang ating mga tungkulin, bilang mga mamamayan at mga makabayan ng Republika ng Pilipinas, na obligahin itong kasalukuyang pamahalaan, na ipatupad ang mga agarang pangunahing hakbangin para sa kaligtasan ng ating bansa upang agad na maiwasan ang karagdagang pagbubuwis ng buhay ng mga Pilipino dahil sa gutom at karamdaman, at mabigyan ng katiyakan ang pag-unlad ng mga susunod na salinlahi;

Sa mga layuning ito, mariin naming iminumungkahi ang mga sumusunod na agaran at nararapat na mga hakbangin na dapat ipatupad sa lalong madaling panahon:

     1) Ang agad na PAGPAPATUPAD NG ISANG MALAWAKANG MAY-BISANG AGHAM NA IMPRASTRAKTURANG PROGRAMANG PAMBANSANG PAGLIKHA NG PAGKAIN (science-driven, infrastructure-based massive national food-production program), upang paramihin ng ikalawa, ikatlo o ikaapat na beses ang panustos ng pagkain, pinangungunahan ng gobyerno at lahat ng kanyang mga sanghay, pampribadong sektor, at mga samahang sibika. Ito ang dapat maging pangunahing proyekto ng gobyerno bilang pasimulang pangtanggol laban sa pinakamalubhang implasyon (hyperinflation);

     2) Ang PAGPAPAANDAR NG BATAAN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT bilang bahagi ng isang programang pagpapaunlad ng enerhiya na binubuo ng lahat ng uri ng mga mapagkukunan ng enerhiya at agad na magtatag ng Programa sa Pagpapaunlad ng Enerhiyang Nukleyar, hindi lamang upang magbigay ng pinakamalinis, at pinakamatipid na kuryente, maaasahang mapagkukunan ng enerhiya para sa pag-unlad ng pansakahang industriyal, patubig at mga pamamahalang pangasiwaang panubig (irrigation and water management systems), mga sistemang pangmaramihang sasakyan na pangkalahatan (mass-transit systems), kundi upang siyasatin pa ang iba pa nitong mga kapakinabangan, partikular ang paggawa ng maiinom na tubig mula sa mga plantang pinaaandar ng nukleyar na nag-aalis ng asin sa tubig-dagat (nuclear-powered desalination plants), ang paglilikha ng mga “isotopes” na ginagamit sa makabagong mga pasilidad ng pagamutan, at ang paggamit ng ‘hydrogen’ bilang pamalit na mapagkukunan ng panggatong;

     3) Ang PAGHAYAG NG PAGLIBAN NG PAGBABAYAD NG UTANG PANLABAS, ngayon ay higit sa $10 bilyong dolyar bawat taon, pagbayad ng malupit-pasakit na mga utang, na natamo lamang sa pagpapaliit ng halaga ng ating Piso, at tinitipon sa pamamagitan ng mabisang pagpapatupad ng Value Added Tax, o isang uri ng buwis para sa lahat ng mga namimili at kumukonsumo, pagtaas ng singil sa kuryente at tubig, buwis sa paggamit ng kalsada (highway toll-fees); pagtaas ng singil sa iba pang mga imprastrakturang pampubliko at mga kalakal, na lubhang pinabibigat ang buhay ng mamamayan;
